Pharmacological and pharmacokinetic function:

Glucosamine sulfate is a natural compound, found in the body's cartilage and found in other parts of nature. For example, glucosamine sulfate used in dietary supplements is often obtained from oysters. This compound can also be synthesized in the laboratory.

We have different forms of glucosamine. Such as glucosamine sulfate, glucosamine hydrochloride and N-acetyl glucosamine.

This substance is essential for the formation of tendons, cartilage and synovial fluid (fluid that surrounds the joint space). This compound protects cartilage tissue by inhibiting the enzymes collagenase (collagen breaker) and proteolytic enzymes (protein breaker) and has some anti-inflammatory effects.

Chondroitin: This compound is involved in making collagen, which is essential for the strength of joint tissue. The above compound inhibits the activity of lysosomal enzymes (cartilage breakers) and reduces inflammatory substances to prevent possible damage to cartilage, and chondroitin enhances the emollient effect by keeping the joints and synovial fluid moist. Keeps cartilage and connective tissues soft and flexible.

Methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM): In patients with osteoarthritis, it is involved in reducing pain and inflammation in the joints. Triflex tablets contain all three substances glucose amine, chondroitin and MSM, which can increase its effectiveness in curing osteoarthritis.

Administration:

Take 3 daily, after each meal with enough water.

Contraindication:

If you have a history of allergies to this product (oysters and sulfur) or any of the components of the formulation, do not use the product.

Warning:

It should be used with caution in patients with asthma, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

Drug interactions:

Concomitant use of Triflex with warfarin increases the effect of warfarin.

Concomitant use of Triflex with chemotherapy drugs reduces the effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs.

Triflex should not be taken with acetaminophen.
