Clamox is belonging to wide-spectrom antibiotics that consists of penicillin (amoxicillin) and a beta-lactamase inhibitor (clavulanic acid).
Clamox can be used in ENT infectants (otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis), Respiratory tract infections (bronchopneumonia, bronchitis), Genitourinary tract infections (pyelonephritis, urethritis, cystitis) and also dental infection, skin, soft tissues, bones and joints infections.

Basic instructions for proper use of drugs
This medication is prescribed for your current condition, therefor do not use it in similar cases or do not recommend it to others.
Before taking this medication with your doctor in the following cases:
•    In the case of sensitivity to penicillens, cephalosporines, penicillamine and their derivatives, Griseofulvin and also sensitivity to other materials such as foods, protecting materials and colors
•    In the case of diseases such as allergies, diabetes, gastrointestinal disease and a history of gastrointestinal bleeding
•    Before testing blood sugar
•    In the case of Simultaneous taking with other drugs
•    In case of liver and kidney disease
Along with using this this drug, note the following cases:
•    Take the drug at regulate intervals and complete treatment course.
•    Do not take the drug more than prescribed dose. This drug can be take with food or empty stomach.
•    If you forget a dose of medicine, take it as soon as you remember, but if is  almost time to take the next turn, take prescribed dose and do not duplicate it.
•    
Use in lactation and pregnancy
Taking the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is permitted for maternal and fetal under physician supervision and with safety. Studies on Animals did not show any Teratogenic effects and Studies on humans are not adequate, therefore, it is recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy used by physician specialists.
Precaution
In the case of any symptoms such as Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, sore mouth and tongue, red spots and skin rash and symptoms of jaundice stop drug taking and notify the doctor immediately.
Administration and Dosage
The doctor determines the dosage of the medication, but the using dose is as follow:
•    Ordinary dose using at adults and children over 12 years old:
•    Mild infections: one tablet 125/250mg three time daily or one tablet twice daily
•    Severe Infections: one 125/500mg tablet three time daily or one tablet 875/125mg twice daily.
•    For minimizing gastrointestinal symptoms and maximizing clamox drug absorption, it is recommended to take the drug at the beginning of mealing.
•    In the case of any symptoms such as irrthea and ….. Consult with your doctor.
•    In the case of patients with kidney disordering that certain clearance is more than 30mL/minute it is no need to dosage moderating.
•    Use in children: it is recommended to using suspension form.
Side Effects
•    Each drug along with it’s desired therapeutic effects, may cause some unwanted symptoms. Although all of this symptoms are not seen in one person, but in the case of following symptoms, consult with a doctor: Itching, hives, wheezing and difficulty breathing, headache, dizziness, irritability, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and rarely Hemolytic anemia have been reported with use of this drug. The effects of the drug resolve over time and along matching body.
Poisoning
•    In the case of taking more than prescribed dose, take the patient to a medical center.
Contraindications
•    It is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergy to coamoxiclave and penicillin.
Maintenance
•    Keep drug below 25°C
•    Keep drug away from light and moisture and keep it in it’s original pack.
•    Keep away from children reach.
•    Do not expired drug.

•    Clamox tablets (Co-Amoxiclave) 375 mg are released in 20 numerical boxes.
